Palmer's production highlights include:

  • Working as a documentary filmmaker in the Amazon Rain Forest over the course of three years with an indigenous tribe. His latest assignment took place in November of 2016 for 30 days in the village of Au'kre.

  • Hiking and creating a documentary about a 240 mile journey through Greece to raise money for the Navy SEAL Foundation, Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation, and Charity Vision. He carried around 35lbs of gear including sony a7sii, gimbal, mavic drone, audio equipment, 3 liters of water, snacks, and nutritional supplements for 8 consecutive days of 30 miles/day.

  • Being a Camera Assistant or Operator for The Band Perry and their creative team called Absorb.

  • Shooting branded content for ESPN, Sports Illustrated Kids, Goldfish, Honda, KillCliff, Cotopaxi, and more.

Extended experience includes:

  • Successfully graduating a four year University with a Bachelor of Arts (class of 2013)

  • Successfully graduating a 50 hour Navy SEAL training camp for civilians (Kokoro 40)

  • Provided consultation for a film initiative meant to preserve the Amazon Rainforest and Kayapo Tribe

Palmer has over six years of experience in creating corporate films, music videos, film festival features, non-profit documentaries, adventure films, and commercials (TV/Web). He is capable of storytelling, camera operating, sound recording, directing, producing, lighting, interviewing, assistant camera, 8K video production, aerial cinematography, video editing, and director of photography.

Palmer’s films have helped raised over $300,000.00 (USD) for charity and have helped organizations influence their respective markets. A few of his past or current reputable clients: Sports Illustrated Kids, The Band Perry, Honda, VEVO, AT&T, Olympics Road to Rio, Environmental Defense Fund, and ESPN.

He has recently begun filming narrative shorts, features, and web-series (including a Sundance short to be submitted this year).
